It’s with great pleasure that the Kempffer Cultural and Interpretation Centre announces the exhibition of artist Johane Landry’s works, which will take place from November 17 until the 30 in the salon of the Kempffer Centre. The vernissage will be on Thursday, November 17th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
With this exhibiton, the Kempffer Centre continues to encourage local artists and reafirms its desire to offer quality cultural activities for the inhabitants of the area throughout the year.

Living in and originally from St-Omer, Gaspesian artist Johane Landry has been painting since 1981 and has more than thirty solo, and numerous group exhibitions to her credit. Authentic, passionate and prolific, she is actively represented in renowned art galeries in four Canadian provinces in addition to Québec, as well as in the United States and in France, where she has, amongst other places, exhibited her work at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, in 2009.
For Johane Landry, it is a joy to brighten people’s lives with fanciful and colorful scenes on her favourite themes, little moments of happiness plucked right out of time itself … Petits bonheurs du temps ! «The present moment is happiness, happiness is eternity !»
