Located in an amazingspot, this historic site was a strategic communications point during the two World Wars. It was here, in 1904, that Marconi installed North America's first maritime radio station. This lighthouse is perhaps the most travelled lighthouse in the world. It was in 1997 that it returned here after a 20-year exile in the Port of Québec. Through the various exhibitions, visitorswill learn aboutGuglielmo Marconi, the lives of wireless telegraphy operators and lighthouse keepers and their families.
