L'Anse à Beaufils Historic General Store 1928
Mission:
To relive the history of this authentic general store and the way of life that surrounded this traditional wharf and centre of commerce in the early 1900s.

Built in 1928 in the style of the Jersey Islands, this former Robin, Jones and Whitman general store is full of oak shelves stocked with authentic old-time merchandise.

Local guides in period costume acquaint visitors with anecdotes involving the area’s great pioneers.
